Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and operations-drivenExecutive Chefto lead our high-volume kitchen and culinary team. This role is ideal for a chef who excels inmanagement, labor efficiency, and event execution, rather than just creativity or fine dining technique. You will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, driving financial performance, and ensuring consistency and quality across a diverse menu that includes pizza and other dough-based items. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the back-of-house team with a focus on training, accountability, and kitchen culture • Oversee food production and quality for both regular service and frequent large-scale private events • Maintain strict control of labor costs and kitchen scheduling using forecasting and performance data • Manage inventory, purchasing, and food cost, with an eye on minimizing waste and maximizing profitability • Maintain consistency and quality in pizza dough and other scratch-made items • Collaborate with FOH and event staff to execute seamless service for private and ticketed events • Ensure full compliance with food safety standards and cleanliness protocols • Foster a culture of professionalism, communication, and continuous improvement in the kitchen Qualifications • Minimum 3–5 years of Executive Chef or CDC experience in ahigh-volume, full-serviceenvironment • Strong track record oflabor and food cost control, with experience using forecasting tools • Demonstrated ability to lead and retain a diverse culinary team • Proven experience managing kitchen operations forlarge events, banquets, or catering programs • Proficiency in pizza and dough production techniques • Working knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen compliance • Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred • Experience with Toast, Restaurant365, or similar restaurant tech platforms • Familiarity with late-night or entertainment venue operations We are a dynamic and fast-paced concept with a focus on quality, consistency, and hospitality-driven service.
