Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food, creativity in menu planning, and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring quality, safety, and consistency while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
β’ Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current food trends and customer preferences.
β’ Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high standards of quality.
β’ Manage inventory control and ordering of supplies to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
β’ Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
β’ Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
β’ Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
β’ Coordinate catering services for events, including banquets, ensuring seamless execution from planning to service.
β’ Monitor food production processes to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
β’ Foster a positive team atmosphere through effective leadership and communication.
β’ Handle shift management responsibilities to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Skills
