We’re seeking a creative and hands-onExecutive Chefto elevate our dining program and lead a dedicated culinary team. If you love blending innovation, quality, and leadership to create exceptional dining experiences, this is the role for you.What You’ll Do
• Lead all culinary operations, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.
• Develop seasonal, diverse menus that meet dietary needs while delivering creativity and variety.
• Plan and execute special events, themed dinners, and banquets, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet budget goals without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen.
• Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team.
• Oversee the departmental budget, monitoring labor, food costs, and operational efficiency.
• Engage with residents, gathering feedback and creating memorable dining experiences that enhance their day.Who You Are
• Minimum 2 years in a senior culinary leadership role or Executive Chef position.
• Strong track record managing kitchen operations, menus, and cost control.
• Exceptional leadership skills; able to inspire, coach, and develop a motivated culinary team.
• Knowledgeable in nutrition, special diets, allergens, and dietary accommodations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with kitchen management software.
• Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passionate about creating meaningful experiences for seniors through food.
