Executive Chef

Job Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background inrestaurant and catering, with a passion for food and hospitality. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, menu planning, and food production while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities • Lead and manage the kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. • Plan and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to diverse dietary needs. • Supervise food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served. • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste. • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. • Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food handling, and safety protocols. • Oversee low volume restaurant and high volume catering business, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. • Oversee shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak service times. • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance guest experiences through exceptional service. Skills • Proven experience in a leadership role within a culinary environment, preferably as an Executive Chef or similar position. • Strong background in fine dining, catering, and restaurant management. • Expertise in menu planning, food production, and culinary techniques. • Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. • Knowledge of inventory management practices and cost control measures. • Proficient in food safety regulations and best practices for kitchen operations. • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both kitchen staff and guests. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
