Executive Chef, Fine Dining Restaurants

Location:Philadelphia, PA Salary:$100-110k +bonus Benefits:M/D/V + relo assistance (10% of salary amount) Qualifications: • Minimum 3–5 years of culinary experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or chef de cuisine role in a high-end, fine dining environment. • Strong knowledge of culinary operations, including food cost control, inventory systems, and use of professional kitchen equipment. • Legally authorized to work in the United States; proficiency in food & beverage systems and computer-based ordering platforms preferred. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all culinary operations for Jean-Georges and Sky High, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, and consistency. • Develop and implement systems to control labor costs, maintain profitability, and meet departmental goals. • Train, mentor, and oversee a large culinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, precision, and elevated service standards.
