Executive Chef Job Reference Number:32467 Employment Type:Full-Time,Onsite Segment:Dining & Events Brand:Constellation State:New York (US-NY) The Role at a glance: We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Executive Chef for our Constellation Culinary Group team in New York, NY. As an Executive Chef, you will have the opportunity to oversee an exciting culinary operation at a high end, professional dining institution. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of six years overseeing production for high volume conference dining and full scaled events! This role is mainly Monday - Friday. What you'll be doing: • Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation. • Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met. • Participating in the planning and execution of special events. What we're looking for: Must-haves: • At least six years of progressive culinary experience in catering. • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs. • Experience with budget statements. Nice-to-haves: • Associate’s degree in culinary arts.
