The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and training in sushi/sashimi preparation, an eye for innovative Asian inspired culinary creations, impeccable knife skills, and a strong focus on collaboration and attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven culinary professional who thrives in a unique and high-end environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences to all of our guests. Who we are: We are a local restaurant group comprised of ten locations and different cuisines and concepts. We span across Jacksonville as well as the beaches with opportunities for growth. As a full-time employee, you would be eligible for health, vision and dental insurance as well as paid time off. Key Responsibilities: Menu Development Craft a diverse menu that would include a variety of sushi, sashimi, Steak and Asian inspired dishes using traditional methods as well as innovative techniques. Source the finest and freshest ingredients, maintaining high standards for quality and authenticity with a modern interpretation. Collaborate with the culinary team to explore new menu items and refine existing dishes. Ensure that each plate perfectly balances flavor and presentation, enhancing the overall guest experience.
