In this role, you'll oversee every aspect of the kitchen—from inspiring your team to upholding the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. As a key player on our culinary team, your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the school's dining program • Plans and creates all menus • Purchases and manages inventory • Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team Preferred Qualifications: • Culinary degree preferred • Three to five years of culinary management experience • High volume production • Experience in catering is required • Previous experience managing cost controls • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company Apply to CulinArt today!
