Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager

Chelsea’s Kitchenis now hiring anExperienced Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager-starting salary from $90k plus bonus - Depending on Experience. We are looking for anExecutive Chef/Kitchen Manager witha minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience in a Kitchen Management position in a high volume full service restaurant setting. You will set the tone for others in the kitchen, leading by example, remaining positive and professional, while executing the Chelsea’s menu at a high level. Commitment to standards and procedures a must. Chelsea’s Kitchen has gained a reputation for our high quality food and exceptional ingredients. Our food is exciting and our menu changes often. Our farm-to-fork point of view is rooted in our philosophy of starting with great ingredients and treating them simply.Our Smoke Yard is a large part of our culinary identity; knowledge / experience with Rotisserie and Smokers is a big plus!
