POSITION OVERVIEW: Location:Dallas-Fort Worth Area (Relocation Required) We are seeking a highly skilled and passionateExecutive Chefto lead our culinary team and shape the food identity ofCasa Brasa. This is an opportunity for a visionary chef to create and execute a menu inspired by the raw power oflive-fire cooking,sultry Mexican steaks, andSinaloan sushi; where bold flavors and sophisticated technique merge seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, a deep understanding of fire-driven cuisine, and an innovative approach to menu development. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to ensure effective communication within our diverse team. Key Responsibilities: • Menu Innovation:Develop and implement dynamic, seasonal menus that capture the essence of Casa Brasa—blending Mexican and South American influences with the primal power of fire. • Operational Excellence:Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring precision in food preparation, presentation, and execution. • Leadership & Team Development:Mentor and inspire a high-performance culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration. • Quality & Safety Standards:Maintain rigorous food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations. • Cost & Inventory Management:Optimize profitability by managing food costs, purchasing, and minimizing waste while maintaining uncompromising quality. • Guest Engagement:Interact with guests to enhance their dining experience and gather feedback, ensuring an unforgettable culinary journey. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a leadership role within high-end or fine dining establishments. • Expertise inlive-fire cooking, wood-grilled meats, and an understanding of Latin American flavors and techniques. • Passion for culinary artistry with the ability to create bold, unique, and flavorful dishes. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster a cohesive and motivated kitchen team. • Highly organized, with exceptional time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). • Willingness to relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
