Our client, the Indianapolis Neighborhood Resource Center (INRC), is in search of a visionary Executive Director. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of shaping and advancing community engagement, grassroots leadership, and collaborative efforts to propel the organization's mission. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact on the Indianapolis community and beyond.

Key Responsibilities for the Executive Director
- Provide visionary leadership to drive the organization's strategic direction and achieve its mission.
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Manage and mentor a talented team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, volunteers, and the community.
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to ensure financial sustainability, including grant writing and donor cultivation, leveraging experience with non-profit grants.
- Effectively manage the organization's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the organization, representing its interests to the public, media, and government officials.
Requirements for the Executive Director
- Previous leadership experience within the non-profit sector
- Strong financial acumen, including experience overseeing budgets and financial management.
- Demonstrated ability to secure funding through grant writing and fundraising efforts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate the organization's mission and impact to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
- Passionate about the organization's mission and dedicated to making a difference in the community.
