Job Description
As the Executive Director, Client Insights for Bizrate Insights, you are a results-oriented analyst with a passion for creating insights and stories using data. You have a deep understanding of clients' needs and the topics that are most relevant to them.
The Executive Director role requires you to combine client insights and ecommerce expertise with strong analytical and presentation skills to provide analysis to the Client Experience and Marketing teams needs. You will use your skills to provide the Client Experience team with data insights & recommendations, custom question development, and client optimization analysis while providing overall ecommerce and retail insights for our Marketing Team.
This is an analytics role that combines your experience working directly with clients with your deep knowledge of data-based storytelling. You will work closely with the Client Experience Team and interact with their assigned accounts to understand client needs and present findings.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Analyze the Bizrate Insights' client network to understand client-level performance, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven business decisions.
  • Evaluate clients to identify opportunities for the Client Experience team to further engage existing assigned accounts via upsells/cross-sells.
  • Deep dive into client data, network trends, industry trends, and best practices to create data-driven stories and make recommendations for Quarterly Insights Reviews (QIRs) while training the team on QIR best practices.
  • Join Client Experience managers on calls as the face of Bizrate Insights' analysts to explain data insights, understand client needs, and make recommendations that maximize retention and growth.
  • Become a subject matter expert across both Bizrate Insights and the verticals we support, enabling you to make recommendations based on solid facts and industry trends.
  • Support Marketing's content development and lead generation strategies by writing surveys and providing results-based insights to the writing team.
  • Partner with the product development, operations, engineering, and creative teams to bring new and enhanced products and features to market based on client needs.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in data analysis combined with sales or account management.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities with the ability to both write and analyze survey data combined with an understanding of consumer feedback, specifically in ecommerce.
  • Executive Presence demonstrated through analytical, communication, and presentation skills with comfort and clarity when speaking to C-Level executives. Strong written and oral communication is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client and stakeholder needs, then present data-based findings that align with their goals.
  • A deadline-oriented mentality that embraces the production of high-quality work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with imperfect information while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office or GSuite experience are required.
  • Understanding of and ongoing interesting in using AI to build and optimize insights and results.
  • Knowledge and interest in ecommerce, especially retail, is required; retail experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required; Master's Degree a plus.

Pay Range
Salary: $115,500 - $165,000
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
