Executive-Order Booking

Roles & Responsibilities Description: Handling VIP, SBPs and Channel Partner's Order booking in SAP.
Customer ID creation in BFO.
Purchase Orders review wrt commercial T&C and SRM guidelines.
Creation of Sales Order/Credit Memo/Debit Memo in SAP (ECC PRH module) and maintain tracker.
Manage customer code creation/Code unblocking through Credit Team.
Manage Part code creation through Masterdata team.
Address order amendment request of the customers.
Consolidation of monthly OB forecast for Sales Head.
Data base management of Booked orders.
Preparation of proforma invoices for advance collection.
Monitor and evaluate all order issues and resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate booking of all Orders.

Ensure compliance to all company and business policies.

Desired experience for above job includes: Computer skills with strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS word, Outlook and MS Teams applications.
Must have effective communications skills, both verbally and written.
