General Summary:
ローカル・アニメーション制作に関連した制作上の問題について、エグゼクティブ・ディレクターとともに責任を�い、事業を率いるポジションになります。Senior Producer (or Executive Producer) として総合的なアニメプロデュース業務をリードしていただくと�に、ご経験に応じメンバー管理や指導など、組織運営にも携わっていただきます。

Key Responsibilities:
プロデューサー業務

• アニメ化に可能な原作の�報収集、発掘、および企画、立案
• 原作出版社へのアニメ化許諾依頼、交渉
• 原作出版社、アニメーションスタジオ、関係各位へのアニメ監修作業
• 監督・キャラクターデザイナー・音楽家・音響監督・声優などのスタッフィング
• 脚本・コンテの監修
• 映像マスター制作立ち合いと納品素材の制作

ビジネス管理業務

• アニメ製作委員会の運営
• 管理責任を持ち、部署の方針に沿ったアニメ製作やPR、マーケティング活動の実施、およびアニメスタジオの選定～制作スケジュール管理の実施
• 予算責任を持ち、アニメ製作の予算管理の実施
• 事業および組織構築、運営、メンバー管理
• 事業方針の立案および組織編制

Experience required:

• Good understanding of the production process in an animation studio for quality control
• Experience in planning and implementing marketing plans
• Minimum 3+ years related experience in animation production

Competencies we are looking for:

• Good knowledge of animation productions
• Understanding of market user needs
• Ability to take responsibility for profit on each production
• Ability to determine appropriate studio and main staff for animation production
