Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Protection Agent to provide personal protection services, primarily accompanying children during their daily activities (unarmed). Secondary duties include conducting security assessments, consulting with the family, and providing protection for primary family members. The role requires single-agent rotations, necessitating critical thinking and exceptional communication skills. The position entails 50% travel.
Key Responsibilities

β’ Serve as a liaison between the company and the family
β’ Adapt to changing plans and circumstances
Requirements
β’ Active Texas PPO Guard Card
β’ Associate's degree (Bachelorβs degree preferred)
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in Executive Protection
β’ Active CPR certification
Necessary Skills:
β’ Physically fit, with the ability to walk 3+ miles daily and lift 70 pounds
β’ Professional demeanor and patience with children
β’ Strong ability to communicate and interact with individuals of varying personalities
β’ Articulate written and verbal communication skills
β’ Ability to adapt to changing plans
Schedule:
β’ Rotational: 17 days on, 14 days off (first and last days of rotation are travel days)
β’ Days rarely exceed 8 hours
β’ Travel days are unpaid
β’ Travel and lodging expenses are covered by the company
Experience
Candidates should have prior experience in security or law enforcement roles. Preferred qualifications include:
β’ Certification in CPR and First Aid.
β’ Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention techniques.
β’ Strong understanding of conflict management strategies.

Pay: $300.00 - $400.00 per day
