Executive Security Officer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that any potential threats are addressed promptly. Duties • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. • Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor premises and ensure safety. • Conduct regular inspections of property and equipment to ensure compliance with security standards. • Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. • Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations. Skills • CCW License Required • Experience in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of surveillance systems, including CCTV operation. • Knowledge of security protocols and loss prevention strategies. • Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Strong observational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
