We’re seeking an experiencedExecutive Sous Chefto lead daily kitchen operations, support culture, and deliver excellence in food, service, and team development in our fine-diningSpanish Restaurant. Exec Sous Chef Benefits & Compensation: • Salary: $80,000–$90,000 • Health, dental, vision insurance • PTO, 401(k), commuter benefits • Dining discounts and bonus potential Exec Sous Chef Requirements and Qualifications: • Support CDC in executing and maintaining culinary standards • Lead kitchen staff through high-volume service with precision and professionalism • Ensure organization, sanitation, and prep standards are met • Assist in hiring, training, and developing top kitchen talent • Drive consistency in food quality, technique, and presentation Exec Sous Chef Preferred Skills and Background: • 3+ years in a leadership role in high-volume kitchens • Experience with Spanish cuisine • Culinary degree preferred; NYC Food Protection Certificate required • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
