Legend Biotech entered into a global collaboration agreement with Janssen, one of the pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson, to jointly develop and commercialize ciltacabtagene autolecuel (cilta-cel) in 2017. Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

This is a 6-12 month contract role with the potential for conversion based on performance and business needs.

Legend Biotech is seeking Executive Talent Acquisition Partner as part of the Talent Acquisition team based in Somerset, NJ. 

Role Overview

Legend Biotech US HR Talent Acquisition team is seeking Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to support key position recruitment up to executive levels. In addition, this individual will partner with OD & TM and other key stakeholders to develop talent pipelines & market insights to support succession planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Deliver diverse candidate pipeline through candidate relationship management tool, social media platforms, associations, academia, conferences, and other networks.
  • Develop strategic sourcing and engagement strategies to attract top talent.
  • Proactively network with prospects and build talent pipeline to support succession and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Support development of competitive intelligence & market insights framework.
  • Develop consistent top-tier stakeholder and candidate experience.
  • Identify and participate in industry-related meetings to promote our employer brand.
  • Partner with Total Rewards for offer development as well as share competitive intelligence and market data.
  • Participate and/or lead Talent Acquisition projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within an executive retained search firm and/or recruiting executive talent within Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry is required.
  • Expert level of knowledge of the strategic life cycle of recruiting; including, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, attraction, nurturing, and networking.
  • Understanding in leveraging technology, tools, and other capabilities to support the rapidly changing technological recruiting landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess current/future needs and market trends.
  • Ability to establish rapport and develop relationships.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency in Workday and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
