Exhibit Carpenter

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and talented wood worker to join our carpentry team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can fabricate and assemble structures, hardwall panels, signage and cabinetry using hand tools, electrical saws, sanders and other power equipment. You will work closely with our Exhibit Technician team to construct exhibits, displays, stagecraft and live event productions with fully integrated AV and custom printed graphic designs for a truly original experience. The Carpenter will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety. You will play a vital role in bringing our clients vision to life. Duties • Perform carpentry work including the creation and maintenance of hard wall panels, cabinets, laminate, stages, repairs, scenic elements and custom signage. • Fabricate and assemble wooden structures to precise specifications and drawings. • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution. • Maintain an accurate material inventory. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Efficiently use tools and materials provided to minimize wear and tear and waste. • Follow all safety standards to maintain a safe working environment, preventing accidents, injuries, or damage to company property. • Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Occasional extended hours, evenings and weekends as needed. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Carpenter preferably in the event or exhibit field. • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety handling. • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods and work in a warehouse workshop environment. • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. • Prior CNC experience preferred but not required.
