Exhibitor Relations Director

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Sponsorships: • Drive exhibitor and sponsorship sales by identifying potential leads and closing deals. • Develop strong relationships with industry partners, vendors, and sponsors. • Create and present customized sponsorship and exhibitor packages to prospective clients. • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and follow up with clients to ensure participation. Event Coordination: • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing all aspects of the event, including booth assignments, floor layouts, and exhibitor needs. • Work closely with vendors, sponsors, and exhibitors to ensure a smooth event experience. • Coordinate on-site logistics, registration, and exhibitor support during the event. • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the event and increase attendance. Client Relations & Customer Service: • Serve as the main point of contact for exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees. • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all participants' needs are met. • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed event information.
