As the Experience Center Evangelist, Team Lead you are a storyteller and technology lover at heart with a passion for solution-powered demonstrations and putting things in the context of your audience's business. You also have strong leadership skills, allowing you to help our team of evangelists balance scripted presentations with creativity and a sense of human connection. This is an individual contributor role with strong emphasis on collaborative peer leadership within the EBC's team of Evangelists.

Job responsibilities:
Demo Presenter:
- Work closely with the Executive Briefing Managers and Account Teams to understand customer pain points that will help customize and plan your presentations per each visit
- Conduct storytelling, presentations and demos on-site in San Jose the Executive Briefing Program
- Understand and apply knowledge of the solutions according to the customer's requirements during a demonstration
- Maintain and improve demo solutions in collaboration with engineering, product, and cross-functional partners
- Use a broad range of technical and soft skills to build productive relationships with stakeholders when required
- This role requires the candidate to be onsite at the office for the majority of the time
- Support resolve of complex technical issues and maintenance of demo hardware, including hardware equipment set up prior to each demo in partnership with EBC Technical Operations team members
Team Lead:
- Facilitating knowledge exchange and inspiring a collective vision amongst the Global Experience Center Evangelists, guiding them through expert storytelling, engaging presentations, and strategic insights. Your expertise not only elevates the overall experience but also empowers Evangelists to effectively communicate Zoom's values and innovations to diverse audiences
- Act as a mentor and peer leader, encouraging collaboration and continuous learning within the team. You are instrumental in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with stakeholders, thereby enhancing the global reach and impact of the Experience Center's initiatives. Your role transcends traditional leadership boundaries, embodying the essence of Collaborative Leadership by championing a shared goal and facilitating an environment where every Evangelist can thrive and contribute to their fullest potential.
- You will set the bar for how demonstrations and facilitation with customers should be conducted and will give continuous feedback to the global team of presenters to ensure our overall program success
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical experience in Collaboration technologies
- 7+ years in a primarily customer facing position at the UpMarket/Enterprise level
- Experience within the UCaaS or CCaaS industry preferred
- A successful candidate will also possess a business background that enables them to drive engagement and interact at the CxO/VP level, as well as a technical understanding that enables them to easily interact with solution architects and engineers.
- Comfortable with demonstrating in front of a live camera production environment, large audiences, and intimate audiences alike
- Demonstrates energy and enthusiasm combined with polish and poise
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, adaptable in tone and pace based on the audience at hand
- Good problem-solving and time management skills, comfortable with managing multiple projects at once and prioritizing
- Ability to adapt, open to learning new things, and work in fast-paced and changing environments
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$105,600.00
Maximum:
$195,400.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
