About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and personableAesthetic Nurse Injectorwho is also experienced in advanced laser treatments in addition to facials and microneedling for full-service aesthetic care. You will provide cosmetic consultations, Diamond Glow facials, microneedling, and deliver natural-looking injectable and laser treatments in a professional setting where patient care and safety come first. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected dermatology-based team with an established patient base. Responsibilities: • Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, etc.) • Perform laser treatments (including hair removal, BBL) • Perform microneedling and Diamond Glow and acne facials • Consult with patients to develop individualized treatment plans • Educate patients on skincare, treatments, and post-care protocols • Maintain the highest safety and documentation standards • Collaborate closely with dermatologists and medical providers for optimal patient outcomes Ideal Candidate: • Licensed RN, NP, or PA in Texas • Minimum 2+ years of experience in aesthetic injectables and cosmetic lasers • Advanced training and certifications in injectables and laser treatments • Skilled at achieving natural, balanced aesthetic outcomes • Friendly, professional, and confident with excellent communication skills • Comfortable working in a boutique, high-touch medical spa environment What We Offer: • Established, loyal patient base • Low-pressure, supportive, and collaborative work culture • Beautiful, modern medical spa with the latest technology • Competitive compensation with growth potential and commission • Generous discounts on services and skincare • Physician-led, dermatology-affiliated environment focused on patient safety If you’re passionate about aesthetics and skin health and want to grow within a supportive, reputable practice, we’d love to meet you.
