Experienced Bath and Shower Installation Contractor

Experience Required:2+ Years in Bathtub & Surround Installation, Including Drain and Supply Line Plumbing Industries:Multi-Family, Hospitality Job Description: Toolkit Services is hiring experienced installers to join our team as 1099 or W-2 employees for bathtub, shower pan, shower surround, and shower door installations in commercial spaces such as apartment complexes and hotels. This role is ideal for someone with a background in residential bath installs who’s ready to grow into steady, commercial work. We’re looking for professionals who know how to handle full bath and shower replacements from start to finish—including plumbing both drains and supply lines. What You’ll Be Doing: • Replace and install bathtubs, shower pans, surrounds, and doors • Complete plumbing connections for both drains and supply lines (no faucet installation required) • Follow layout drawings, site instructions, and job specs • Communicate with project managers and meet project timelines • Keep the work area clean and safe, and follow company guidelines for conduct and quality What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of direct experience installing bathtubs and surrounds, including plumbing connections • Comfortable working independently or as part of a small team • Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused • Must provide your own tools and dependable transportation • Professional and clear communicator Compensation: Pay will be based on experience and expertise.
