Experienced CNC Operator

Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our cabinet millwork team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machine and must have experience with both Mosaik and V Carve. Our CNC is a Biesse - Klever 1530. Experience with a Biesse machine is a plus. Duties • Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently. • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints, applying GD&T principles as needed. • Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers to verify dimensions of finished products. • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. • Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure seamless production flow. • Use hand tools and tooling effectively for adjustments and repairs as necessary. • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. • Document production processes and maintain accurate records of completed work. Requirements • Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing facility. • Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, with knowledge of Mozaik and V Carve being an advantage. • Familiarity with machining processes, including the use of press brake machines. • Strong understanding of GD&T principles and ability to interpret engineering drawings. • Ability to use hand tools effectively for assembly and adjustments. • Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in machining is preferred.
