Experienced Commercial Painter

We are seeking reliable,FULL-TIME Experienced Painterswith at least 1 year painting experience with a painting company, ready to get into thefast-paced commercial painting industry.(Hourly pay rate will depend on experience.) What we do: • Commercial New Construction, Interior and Exterior • Floors • Fireproofing • Tenant Improvements and Build-Outs • Commercial/Industrial Repaints: Interior and Exterior • Painting, Epoxy Floors, and Other Types of Industrial Coatings • Projects range in size from 1 week to 1 Year • Locations vary throughout Chicago and the Surrounding Suburbs and Northwest Indiana Required: • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and proof of insurance • Proof of citizenship or ability to work in the U.S.(This employer participates in E-Verify.) • Must be available for overtime and every other Saturday • Must be a hard worker and team player with the ability to succeed infast-paced environment Skills: • 1+ years of painting experience with a painting company required, spraying a plus! • Experience with Epoxy Floors a plus, but not required • Wallcovering installation a plus, but not required Pay: • Hourly Rate - starts at $18/hour - varies by experience • Opportunity for increases within the 1st year Benefits: • Weekly pay with direct deposit • Health Insurance available after 60 days of employment • 401K matching after 6 months of employment • Free Life Insurance after 60 days of employment • Referral Bonus Plan Type of Work: • Commercial, Industrial, Multi-Family Residential Painting • Epoxy/Specialty Floor Coatings • Fireproofing • Other Industrial Coatings • Wallpaper/Vinyl/Acoustical Wallcoverings/Murals Work Location: • Including, but not limited to, Chicago & Surrounding Suburbs, Northwest Indiana • Travel, on occasion (but rare at this point) Typical Hours (but not limited to): • 6:00AM - 3:00PM (typical) - Monday through Friday andevery other Saturday • Overtime as needed (after 40 hours) Pay Frequency: • Weekly Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Life insurance • Referral program Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • Overtime • Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
