EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL ROOFER

AMAYA Roofing & Waterproofing (www.amayaroofinginc.com) the Las Vegas Valley’s commercial roofing expert is currently looking forExperienced Commercial Roofers(TPO, Tile, Emulsion & Coating and/or Shingles)to join our team! Responsible for commercial reroof and restoration projects, completed safely, on time, per specifications and to the standards of the company and the customer. Responsibilities: · Install roofing with quality adhering to timelines. · Manage labor and material budgets. · Provide leadership to crew – fostering safety, teamwork and discipline to ensure efficient and professional roof system installations while adhering to OSHA requirements. · Represent the company in a professional manner in all dealings with customers, personnel and the public. · Conduct and participate in safety meetings. · Participate in manufacturer inspections. · Participate in regular review meetings with Superintendent, Foreman and/or Project Manager. Required Knowledge and Skills: · Commercial roof system installation – the ability to install roof systems with skill:single ply, emulsion and coating restoration, tile, shingles, waterproofing, etc. · Safety and security – ability to identify and correct unsafe conditions according to company and OSHA standards. · Cost consciousness – understand budgeting and implications to jobs. · Leadership and management skills necessary to meet production goals and maintain seamless communication. · Exceptional communication skills to work with GC superintendent on tenant improvements and owners/property managers on projects. · Great organization skills and comfortable with heights. · Safety training: OSHA 10 or 30-hour card.
