Experienced Fleet Painter - Urgent Hire

Job Summary:A local company is looking to add an experienced Fleet Painter to one of its locations in Seattle, WA. This is a long-term, full-time, eval-to-hire position where you will be working onsite. Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day shift Pay: $24-32 per hour DOE Job Duties: • Prepare surfaces (Sanding, priming, and masking,) mix and match paint colors, and apply paint using various techniques. • Ensure even coverage and smooth application while maintaining high quality. • Perform touch-ups, blending, and polishing to achieve a seamless appearance. • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area. • Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet standards. Qualifications: • Proven 1+ years of experience as a Fleet Painter. • Proficiency in paint types, application techniques, and mixing ratios. • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
