Experienced HVAC Technician

You will get a company take home truck and company paid cell phone. we offer company paid employee health insurance and dental Job Descriptions • Installation:Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, wiring, and equipment, according to specifications and local codes. • Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and lubricating parts to ensure efficient system operation. • Repairs:Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and controls. Repair or replace defective components as needed. • Inspections:Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend preventive maintenance or repairs. • Customer Service:Interact professionally with customers, addressing their HVAC concerns, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. • Documentation:Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, equipment specifications, and inventory levels. Requirements: • High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent. • 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field. • Valid driver’s license. • Understanding of principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating. • Working knowledge of boiler systems. (Preferred) • Knowledge of balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols. • Ability to work in hot and cold conditions • Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays • Ability to work in confined spaces.
