THIS IS NOT A MAINTENANCE JOB ABMC Janitorial is looking for a long term permanent Experienced office cleaner to work in a medical building part time M-F from 10am to 2pm in the vicinity of 5th Street and Spring Garden Street. Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Must be dependable and reliable and on time every day • Must provide a resume with ALL your cleaning experience or you will be rejected. We are only looking for experienced office cleaners. • Cannot have any ailments that would prevent you from lifting 40 pounds. • Must be able to use your hands at all times. • Must be able to scrub clean restrooms, sweep and mop floors with professional equipment, dust, vacuum, gather all trash and reline and refill all supplies, paper and soap, cleaning Labs etc.... • Must be able to or willing to make boxes, disinfect inside of boxes and inserts and stack on top of each other. • Must be able to lift large trash bins to remove to designated areas • Must be able bend and squat and get into small areas refilling soap products and lift and remove trash. • Must be able to stand on your feet and walk during you full 4 hour shift. • Must always listen and follow the direction of manager • Must be authorized to work in the US. You will be working in this large 3 story building while our customer is working, so you must be quiet, polite and courteous at all times. This is a 24/7 building, and our customer is always watching, their are cameras all over building as well.
