Experienced Mason Sunbelt Waterproofing & Restoration, LLC Position Summary As an Experienced Mason with Sunbelt Waterproofing & Restoration, you’ll play a key role in restoring, repairing, and building masonry systems across commercial, institutional, and historic structures. This position is based out of ourCentral Texas Division (San Antonio)and is ideal for someone with proven hands-on masonry experience who takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork. You’ll work closely with Foremen, Superintendents, and Project Managers to execute high-quality masonry, waterproofing, and façade restoration work. Responsibilities • Perform skilled work in brick, block, and stone installation, restoration, and repair. • Conduct tuckpointing, caulking, patching, and sealant application as part of façade restoration projects. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine materials and work requirements. • Mix and apply mortar, grout, and other bonding materials as needed. • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and finish materials. • Assist with layout and measurement to ensure accurate installation and alignment. • Work collaboratively with field leaders and crew members to maintain productivity and quality standards. • Follow all Sunbelt and jobsite safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and housekeeping. Skills/Qualifications • 3–5+ yearsof experience in commercial or restoration masonry work required. • Strong understanding of materials, tools, and construction techniques used in masonry restoration. • Ability to work from scaffolding, lifts, and at varying heights. • Knowledge of waterproofing and sealant application a plus. • Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and team collaboration. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required. • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites throughout Central Texas. Requirements • Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment screening. • Ability to lift 40+ pounds and perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments. • Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions. • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
