Our Network Enablement and Access (NEA) team’s mission is to unlock the potential of the Plaid network by broadening and deepening our connection to data partners. We do this by providing solutions that allow our data partners to be part of the network and by providing best in class connections. By expanding and improving our connections to data providers we are able to strengthen the Plaid network while also enabling great products and experiences.
The Network Platform team at Plaid owns all of the foundational services for our NEA group. As the Product Manager for our Network Platform team you will help build a scalable reliable and cost-effective data extraction platform that meets our data partners’ needs. This includes improving our existing extraction platform while also investing in our next-generation API-first platform; supporting an increasing number of customer use-cases and products while honoring data partner constraints; and improving foundational quality metrics such as Data Freshness and Item Availability.
Responsibilities

Define the long-term strategy and vision for your product area while also inspiring stakeholders to execute

Play a key role in collaborating with all Plaid product teams and identifying common opportunities to accelerate their goals.

Drive customer value and business impact by deeply understanding customer needs across Plaid’s product portfolio and move quickly to ship products

Work with an amazing team across engineering business development sales product marketing design and operations.

Drive continuous improvement and sensible prioritization by deciding what we should do why and when
Qualifications

6+ years of PM experience with demonstrated ability to build a multi-quarter roadmap and ship products to achieve it

Technical depth – you like system design thinking and are not afraid to get your hands dirty with the technical details

Customer centric – you thrive on spending time directly with customers establishing close relationships and becoming their go to partner

Metrics and impact driven – you have a keen sense of translating customer needs into product solutions that create value and drive business outcomes
$162000 - $243000 a year
Target base salary for this role is between $162000 and $243000 per year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan including medical dental vision and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position candidate's work experience and skillset and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
