Experienced Service Plumber – (Year round, steady Work)

We are a service-based plumbing company operating throughout the South Bay Area. We handle everything from routine service calls to remodel support and commercial service work. Water heaters are a key part of our business, so strong knowledge of water heater installations and troubleshooting is highly valued in this role.Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience. In this role, we offerpaid trainingto get you up to speed with our systems and standards. What You'll Be Doing: • Perform residential plumbing installations and light commercial work (toilets, faucets, disposals, etc.) • Install and troubleshoot water heaters (tank and tankless) • Handle general service plumbing calls: repipes, drains, water heaters, and more • Communicate with customers in a professional and respectful manner • Use our mobile job management software (training provided) • Complete repipes, drain cleaning, and leak diagnostics Requirements: • 2+ years of service plumbing experience preferred (apprentices welcome) • Water heater experience is highly preferred – installation, maintenance, and repair • Clean, professional appearance and strong communication skills • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently • Comfortable lifting up to 50+ lbs and working in tight spaces when needed Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Company truck • Fuel card • Health insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday • Overtime • Year round work Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities • Commission pay • Overtime pay • Performance bonus Work Location: In person
