Position Overview: We are seeking aRemote Sales Associate / Design Consultantwithextensive experience in window covering sales. This commission-only role requires both virtual and in-home consultations with clients in the greater Los Angeles area. Your focus will be on providing tailored design advice, quoting projects, and closing sales for high-end residential and commercial clients. Primary Responsibilities: • Conduct in-home, virtual, and showroom consultations. • Represent premium products including blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, and motorized systems. • Create and present detailed product proposals. • Manage client communication and follow-up from quote to close. • Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, order processing, installation) to ensure client satisfaction. • Leverage your personal network and generate new referrals. Territory Focus: West Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Century City, and surrounding luxury markets. You must reside within 10 miles of this area. Key Qualifications: • Minimum 3 yearsof proven sales success in window coverings (shades, blinds, shutters, draperies). • Expertise in motorization and smart home integration (e.g., Lutron, Somfy, Hunter Douglas) is quite helpful. • Comfortable with virtual consultations via FaceTime, Zoom, or WhatsApp. • Tech-savvy: Proficient with CRM tools, iPad, Microsoft Office. • Strong closing skills (65%+ close ratio preferred). • Professional, polished communicator with exceptional follow-up. • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
