Expert IC Engineer - CoE

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with at least 3-5 years of experience in designing, verifying, or testing integrated circuits to join our Center of Excellence team as an IC Expert Engineer. This role focuses on supporting product development by ensuring the quality of electronic components and evaluating suppliers capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Development Teams: Assist in selecting and evaluating electronic components, ensuring alignment with projects and Aptiv platforms goals.
• Supplier Evaluation: Participate in assessing suppliers' technical capabilities and documentation quality.
• Roadmap Development: Contribute to the creation and updating of component roadmaps to align with product line and Aptiv platforms strategies.
• Documentation: Help prepare project-related documentation, such as schematics, analysis and reports.
• Collaboration: Work with local and international teams to achieve project milestones.
• Learning and Growth: Continuously develop skills and stay updated on automotive industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in designing, verifying, or testing integrated circuits or similar.
• Good understanding of electronic components, integrated circuits, and its manufacturing process.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and teaching skills.
