Job Description

• Monitoring day to day activity of the support team processing the SPL alerts
• Discussion with global stakeholders on 1st level escalation queries on operational topics
• Support in SAP GTS testing sessions during rollout of various SPL screening processes
• Support in SAP GTS testing sessions during connectivity of new SAP systems to SAP GTS
• Discussion with SAP backend team on topics related to SAP GTS configurations for SPL screening
• Providing training to new members of the support team
• Implementation of new/change in SPL process changes at operation level of support team
• Ensuring training handbooks are updated with the process change
• Review of KPIs prepared by the support team

Qualifications

B.A./ B.SC./ BCA / B.Com / BBA

• Efficient communication skills
• Understanding and working knowledge of SAP GTS
• Ability to interpret the scope of sanctions and apply them to the process
• Ability to work with global stakeholders
• Experience in SPL process of SAP GTS in global organisations
