Job Description

Overview We are looking for a skilled and dependableExterior Painterto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and painting residential and commercial building exteriors with high attention to detail and quality. The ideal candidate will have prior painting experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely at heights and outdoors in various conditions. Duties • Prepare exterior surfaces for painting (power washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, priming, masking, etc.) • Mix, match, and apply paints and finishes to a variety of surfaces • Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and painting equipment • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Ensure all projects are completed on time and with the highest quality standards • Follow all safety protocols and company policies Qualifications • Prior experience in residential and/or commercial exterior painting preferred • Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions • Comfortable working at heights and with ladders/scaffolding • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Reliable transportation to and from job sites • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits • Competitive pay (based on experience) • Opportunities for overtime and year-round work • Growth opportunities within the company • Supportive team environment Schedule:Monday – Friday, with occasional weekends as needed Join our team and be part of a company built on quality and trust!At Get Smart Construction, we value hard work, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
