We work at a fast pace when needed, but in a casual setting. We are a small company, and each of us has to pull their own weight, or it gets noticed right away. You will be responsible for yourself and your own success. You will survive and flourish if you put in your best effort! We need you to OWN THE posistion! These are full time positions with benefits. 7 paid holidays per year, and paid vacation time. Per Diem and hotels provided when traveling.' Responsibilities • Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications for fabrication and welding tasks. • Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal components. • Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials, ensuring quality and precision. • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to maintain safety and efficiency. • Collaborate with team members to manage workflow and meet project deadlines. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards. Qualifications • Proficient in blueprint reading and fabrication techniques • Skilled in various welding methods including MIG and TIG welding is a bonus. • Experience with hand and power tools.
