Purpose
The Facilities Project Manager II provides project management services related to construction, capital, and other facilities projects. Individual responsibilities vary by project depending on the nature of the project, department priorities, workloads, etc.

Compensation:
• The target wage range for this position is $87,477.40 annually to $102,232.00 annually.
• Final offers are individually based on various factors, including skill set, years of experience, location, qualifications, work schedule and other job-related reasons.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide project management services related to new construction and renovation projects, new site startups, site closures, capital maintenance and other Facilities projects. For instance:
• Coordinate project feasibility assessments and develop project budgets, track expenses and ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Create and manage project work plans. Coordinate the work of internal and external team members. Communicate effectively regarding roles and responsibilities, priorities, progress etc.
• Manage architectural and engineering design processes. Solicit and facilitate internal input to ensure designs appropriately support operational needs and adhere to organization’s Facilities standards.
• Work with Development team to coordinate grant requirements and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate project insurance and assist with organization’s property insurance needs.
• Coordinate real estate portfolio activities – lease administration and negotiation, site acquisitions and dispositions, and recordkeeping. Review contracts and leases, advise on terms, negotiate terms as needed, track and ensure compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities
Required for this job:
• Working knowledge of construction management and facilities infrastructure, systems and maintenance.
• Ability to create, implement and communicate detailed project work plans, budgets and schedules.
• Ability to effectively lead teams and develop positive and productive relationships.
• Strong planning, problem solving and project management skills, including the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once.
• Working knowledge of real estate services, leasing and landlord/tenant relations is preferred.
• Ability to plan functional and efficient spaces, including knowledge of basic ADA and code compliance.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and understand basic math.
• Ability to work well with diverse people.
• Reliable transportation and insurance, personal smartphone with voice, text, photo and email access.
Education/ Experience Requirement
Required:High School diploma or equivalency.
Preferred:College education.
Years of Relevant Experience Required:3-years construction and facilities project management.
Years of Relevant Experience Preferred:5-years construction and facilities project management
