Practice/Organization Details:
•  You choose your preferred start/stop time, patient panel, and scope of practice
•  Join 20 primary care physicians and 7 APP's
•  Outpatient only with group support for development of any subspecialty interests
•  Extremely flexible schedule options include a 3 or 4-day work week
•  Hospitalist shifts available if interested
•  See as low as 10 patients or as high as 30 patients per day
•  Named as "Best Minnesota Hospital Workplace" by the Minnesota Hospital Association

Compensation & Benefits:
•  Salary guarantee of $300,000 with the ability to move to production after year 1
•  Shareholder status offered after year 1 - annual incentive bonus of the group's gross production
•  Full benefits package offered, including $45K sign-on bonus, education allowance, relocation allowance, insurance, 401k, retirement, and more
