Primary care (FM/IM) opportunity in the Ames/North Ankeny area - 30-minutes outside Des Moines, IA - joining an established team due to an upcoming retirement:
•  4-day workweek
•  Focus on comprehensive care with manageable patient volumes of around 15 per day
•  Light inpatient volume (average daily census of 1 inpatient and 7-8 on the floor) provides an opportunity to maintain skills; clinic located within the hospital to easily round on your own patients along with support of a dedicated ED physician and APPs
•  Specialty interests including sleep medicine encouraged (onsite sleep lab already in place)
•  Epic EMR
•  IPERS (Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System) and PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
•  Total first year package up to $440,000 plus productivity potential, sign-on, relocation assistance, and more makes for a generous compensation package
