Practice Highlights
• Outpatient only practice so you can enjoy your nights and weekends as you wish
• Join a collegial primary care clinic with 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers
• See 18-20 patients per day
• Follow your own patients on the inpatient service, if desired, not required
• The critical access hospital is next door and enjoys an affiliation with one of the larger health systems in San Antonio
• Visa support available; Spanish fluency is a plus but not required!

Compensation Details:
• Income guarantee of at least $300,000 +wRVU production
• Recruitment incentives include a signing bonus, training stipend and relocation assistance
• Full suite of health & medical benefits
• CME stipend $3,000 + 5 days
• Paid time off - 28 days
• 403b retirement with 5% match
