This independent Critical Access hospital is looking for a Primary Care physician to join their collaborative group. Position Highlights:
•  Practice Primary Care with a dedicated staff providing care to a diverse patient population.

•  Outpatient focus with the option to include scopes, procedures, or special clinical interests.
•  4-day work week with just 32 clinical hours plus 8 weeks PTO allow for a great work/life balance.

Compensation Details:
•  Guaranteed base salary plus significant production bonus, earning potential to $450,000.
•  $30,000 sign-on bonus plus $40,000+/year in retention bonus or student loan repayment.
•  CME stipend, relocation and residency stipend available.
