Family Medicine - Internal Medicine Opportunity - New Practice in Yardley, PA

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group is seeking two (2) Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join our brand-new practice located in Yardley, Pennsylvania which opened in May 2025.

Yardley is known for its scenic beauty and small-town charm! This is an extremely busy practice with a lot of pressure at the door for new patients! Easily build your own panel of patients.

The selected candidate will join a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the adult population with concentration of preventative and episodic medicine. The other half of the practice is specialty services to include Cardiology, OB/Gyn and in the future Urology.

• Monday - Friday clinic hours; rotation of Saturdays from 8 - 1 (covering about 1 in 6 weeks)
• Medical and Administrative support
• 15-20 patients/day
• ACO clinical wraparound support services
• In-network specialist referral
• EPIC EMR
• Point of care lab on site/Ultrasound
• Procedure Room
