• The position is mostly outpatient with minimal call responsibilities
• Join an established team of 11 primary care physicians and 20 advanced practice providers who use a Medical Home approach to care
• Work a manageable schedule of 32 patient contact hours per week, seeing 16-20 patients per day
• Epic EMR at an award-winning critical access hospital with high physician engagement and retention!

Compensation Details:
• $250,000+ earning potential from a guaranteed base salary and production incentive bonuses
• Sign On Bonus - $50,000
• Relocation Assistance - $15,000
• Recruitment Incentives - $150,000
