Story County Medical Center is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their collegial team of 7 providers in Nevada, IA, just outside of Des Moines, due to an upcoming retirement:
•  Join an established and collegial team of 7 primary care providers
•  Epic EMR
•  4-day workweek, and manageable patient volumes of around 15 per day
•  IPERS (Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System) and PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
•  Total first-year package up to $425,000 including sign-on, relocation assistance, and more makes for a generous compensation package
•  Dedicated support including nurses, IT, schedulers, coders, referral coordinators and more!
