A West Texas critical access hospital is seeking a Family Medicine physician to provide compassionate and high-quality healthcare to their friendly, close-knit community. Join a stable team of 2 other physicians, 4 PA's and 5 FNP's. Located in the heart of the Permian Basin, this facility is a short commute from Midland/Odessa.

The Opportunity:
•  $400,000+ proven income potential comprised as guaranteed salary + wRVU incentive bonus.
