Saint Joseph Medical Group (SJMG) has an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a growing practice located in South Bend, Indiana at Our Lady of the Rosary.

This clinic plays a vital role in serving the underserved population of South Bend, providing compassionate, mission-driven care to those who need it most. The practice is minutes away from the University of Notre DameGo Irish!and offers convenient access to basic laboratory services and minor procedures, creating a seamless experience for both patients and providers. The selected candidate will join a collaborative team committed to providing high-quality care in a supportive environment.

This is a traditional Family Medicine practice providing comprehensive care across the lifespanfrom pediatrics to geriatrics. Services include chronic disease management, preventive care, minor procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections. OB care is available for physicians interested in providing obstetric services. Opportunities for teaching exist with St. Joseph Health System Family Medicine residents (clinical teaching and supervision). The average patient census per day is 18-22.

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
