Family Medicine Opportunity Near Lubbock, TX | 4.5-day Week | 85k Sign-On Bonus

The Opportunity:
• Practice full-spectrum Family Medicine (no OB) in a predominately outpatient setting
• See a comfortable 15-20 patients a day
• 4.5-day workweek with protected administrative time
• Collaborative team including 2 primary care physicians, 3 APCs, a general surgeon, and a supportive administration
• Leadership opportunity if desired

Compensation & Benefits:
• Guaranteed base salary years one and two. $400k+ income potential
• $85,000 sign-on bonus
• $5,000 relocation assistance
• $3,000 for reimbursement for Texas medical license, DEA, and association board
• PTO - 25 days
• Health insurance, 401K with match, and paid medical malpractice
