Family Medicine Physician - Mount Ayr, IA -Annual Base Salary + $300k Bonus

MercyOne Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join its Rural Health Clinic in Mount Ayr, IA, a community known for its close-knit atmosphere and peaceful rural setting. The town offers excellent schools, access to outdoor activities like parks and lakes, and is just 1-2 hours from Des Moines, Kansas City, and Omaha, providing the perfect blend of rural charm and access to metropolitan amenities. Physicians will have the opportunity to practice a wide variety of medicine while building strong relationships with patients in a supportive community. Opportunity Highlights

• Join a team of 2 Physician and 4 APPs
• Volume: 15-18 patients/day
• Call - 1:5 rotation
• 4-day work-week; M-F (4x10 hour shifts)
• Outpatient clinic and nursing home rounding
• Onsite lab, X-ray, and pharmacy
• J1 and H1b applicants welcomed

• Annual Base Salary guarantee of $301,000 /yr + incentives
• $300,000 Bonus Package
• Moving allowance up to $15,000
