Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican (dhmf.org/dominican) is seeking a Family Medicine Physicians to join our physician led, patient centered organization in Santa Cruz, CA. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital (dominicanhospital.org).

• Full Time option to work 4 or 4.5 days per week

Compensation/Benefits Include:

• 18 month salary guarantee: $303,807/year
• Excellent earning potential with productivity bonus
• Student loan reimbursement up to $100,000
• Residency signing stipend: $18,000
• Sign on bonus up to $125,000
• Relocation assistance: $20,000
• Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance

The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

This is also an H1B visa opportunity, requiring candidates who are cap exempt.
